We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, we're here to help and find the best solution.
π Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
This timeframe allows you to:
- Try out your products (without wearing or washing them)
- Check that they meet your expectations
- Decide calmly whether you want to keep them
β Return conditions
For your return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:
Delivery time: 14 days from the date of receipt of your order
Item condition:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In their original packaging (sealed if applicable)
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by the invoice or order form
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items can only be returned if they are in their original sealed and unopened packaging:
- Compression socks
- Thermal tights
- Any item in direct contact with the skin
Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable) cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
π¦ How do I make a return?
We've simplified the process to make things easier for you:
Step 1 β Contact us
Send an email to nicksylvano@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for returning (optional but appreciated for our improvement)
Step 2 β Receive your return authorization
We will send it to you within 24 hours :
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The return address
- Detailed instructions for packaging and shipping
Step 3 β Prepare your package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with:
- All tags attached
- All accessories included
- The invoice or the purchase order
- The RMA number is clearly visible on the package.
Step 4 β Return your package
Return the item to the address we will have provided.

Important: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure your return is received safely.
π° Return shipping costs
At the customer's expense:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the following cases:
MYNICKY's responsibility:
We cover return shipping costs in the following situations:
- Product defective or damaged upon receipt
- Our mistake (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color)
- Item does not match the description
In these cases, contact us immediately at nicksylvano@gmail.com with photos of the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
π³ Refund
Processing time:
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned package.
Refund method:
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for your purchase (bank card, PayPal, etc.).
Amount refunded:
We will refund you:
- β The price of the returned product(s)
- β The initial standard delivery charges (if you return your entire order)
We do not offer refunds:
- β Express delivery charges (if you have chosen this option)
- β Return shipping costs (except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product)
Time it will take to receive the item in your account:
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
π Exchanges (size, color, model)
Would you like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model?
We are here to help you!
Exchange procedure:

- Your order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- The desired size/color/model

We will check the availability of the desired product.

If the product is available, we will offer you two options:
Option A β Direct exchange:
- You return the original item
- We will send you the new item as soon as we receive your return.
- You only pay the return shipping costs (unless the error is ours).
Option B β New order:
- You return the original item for a refund
- You are placing a new order for the desired item.
Important: Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns (14 days, unworn item, original packaging, etc.).
π¦ Lost, damaged or unreceived packages
We understand that delivery problems can occur. Here's how we handle these situations:
1. Package lost or misplaced by the carrier
If the tracking indicates that your package is lost or misplaced by the carrier, contact us immediately.
We will launch an investigation with the carrier and offer you:
- Free product return
- Or a full refund
2. Package without tracking information
If your order does not contain any valid tracking information, or if the tracking indicates "pending" or "expired" more than 60 days from the shipping date, we will offer you:
- Free product return
- Or a full refund
3. Package marked "delivered" but not received
If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered , but you have never received it, here is the procedure:
Step 1: Check with your neighbors, your concierge or your mailbox to see if the package has been left somewhere else.
Step 2: Contact us at nicksylvano@gmail.com within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date.
Step 3: We will launch an investigation with the carrier.
Step 4: If the carrier confirms non-receipt (non-delivery report), we will offer you:
- Free product return
- Or a full refund
Important: Without a non-delivery report from the carrier, it is difficult to prove non-receipt. However, we will do our best to find an amicable solution.
4. Package damaged upon receipt
If your package arrives damaged, do not refuse it and follow these steps:
Step 1: Take photos of the damaged package (outer packaging and product)
Step 2: Contact us immediately at nicksylvano@gmail.com with the photos
Step 3: We will offer you:
- A free replacement of a new product
- Or a full refund

Can I return an item that has been worn or washed?
No, for hygiene reasons, we only accept items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 10 days to appear in your account.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
Yes, items on sale have the same return conditions as items at normal price.
What happens if my return is refused?
If your return does not meet our conditions (item worn, washed, without tags, outside the deadline), we will inform you by email and offer to return the item to you at your expense or to donate it to a charity.
