Return Policy - Mynicky

Return, Refund and Replacement Policy.

At Mynicky, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 daysof delivery.

Return conditions

  • Delivery time:30 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition:Item must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging
  • Tags:All tags must be attached
  • Exceptions:Opened beauty products, underwear and personalized products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to make a return

  1. Contact us:Send an email to our customer service with your order number
  2. Authorization:We provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Packaging:Carefully pack the item with all accessories
  4. Shipping:Return the item to the address we provide you

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable delivery service.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. A refund will be processed within 10 business daysto your original payment method.

Replacement

Mynicky offers a refund or will return the product at mynicky's expense under the following conditions:

  • Missing or non-existent tracking information:
  • If an order does not contain valid tracking information
  • If the tracking information indicates that the order is (pending) or (expired) beyond 60 days from the original shipping date (45 days for US orders and 110 days for Brazil orders).
  • Tracking indicates item is lost or misplaced:
  • If tracking indicates the package is lost by the carrier and our processing team confirms and verifies that it is lost.
  • Delivered but not received (proof required):
  • If the tracking shows (delivered), but your customer claims they never received it, we will require a certificate of non-delivery from the carrier or postal authorities. This certificate is necessary to confirm that, despite the (delivered) status, the item was actually not received. Without this certificate, it is difficult to prove non-receipt against the carrier's proof of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
